As Polde Plastik, we draw our production strength from 3 integrated production facilities located in Dilovası İMES Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey’s industrial hub. Each facility is specially designed for different production technologies and equipped with high-capacity machines, advanced automation systems, and environmentally friendly production processes.
With our factories producing Roto-molding and blow molding solutions based on R&D, we combine quality, continuity, and flexibility in both domestic and global markets.
DILOVASI FACTORY - 1 | Rotational Molding Production Center
This main facility, covering 10,000 m² of indoor area, specializes in producing large-volume rotational molding products. Equipped with carousel, shuttle, and vertical rotational machines, it can mass-produce high-tonnage and one-piece products efficiently.

This factory is equipped with 3-layer blow molding machines and is especially optimized for producing high-durability water tanks, chemical tanks, and packaging containers. Every stage, from raw material to final product, is digitally monitored.
