POLDE PLASTIK INC. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. About the Data Controller
This Clarification Text has been prepared by Polde Plastik Inc. (“Polde Plastik”) in its capacity as the data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK” or “the Law”), to inform you regarding the methods and legal grounds for processing your personal data.
2. Categories of Processed Personal Data
The personal data processed by Polde Plastik may include the following categories:
Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, identity document number.
Contact Information: Phone number, email address, residential address, registered electronic mail (KEP) address.
Customer Transactions: Invoices, orders, cheques, promissory notes, call center recordings, and other transaction-related information.
Financial Information: Bank account information, IBAN, payment and collection details.
Location Data: Address and, if applicable, digital location data.
Legal Transaction Information: Details concerning legal cases, enforcement proceedings, and other legal processes.
Visual and Audio Data: Security camera footage, call center audio recordings.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Polde Plastik processes your personal data in accordance with the general principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law and for the following purposes:

- Explicit consent (where required)
- Performance and execution of a contract
- Legal obligation
- Protection of a right
- Legitimate interest
Processing Purposes:
- Conducting operations in compliance with legislation
- Managing customer relations and satisfaction
- Managing sales, post-sales support, and production processes
- Handling communication and marketing activities
- Planning and organizing events and organizations
- Managing advertising, campaign, and promotional processes
- Executing contract procedures
- Implementing occupational health and safety processes
- Conducting financial and accounting operations
- Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to the following domestic and international third parties:
Domestic Transfers:
- Our suppliers, business partners, and service providers
- Banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers
- Attorneys, auditors, consultants, and authorized intermediaries
- Authorized public institutions and organizations
- Authorized representatives such as your proxy, guardian, or legal representative
International Transfers:
- With your explicit consent, to service providers located abroad (e.g., cloud services)
- In compliance with KVKK Article 9 and applicable security measures and legal permissions
5. Your Rights under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you may contact Polde Plastik to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- If processed, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7
- To request notification of the correction or deletion to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you through analysis of personal data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
6. Application Methods
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above through the following methods:
- Email: By sending the application form from your previously registered email address to kvkk@polde.com.tr
- Registered Email (KEP): By sending it via your KEP address to info@polde.com.tr
- Postal Mail: By sending a signed physical copy of the form along with identification documents to: “Çerkesli OSB Mahallesi İMES 7. Caddesi No:8 Dilovası / KOCAELİ”
- Notary: By delivering your application to the same address via a notary

7. Updates to This Clarification Text
This Clarification Text has been published on [31.05.2025] and may be updated by Polde Plastik when necessary. Updates will become effective as of the date they are published on www.polde.com.tr/kvkk.
